There’s an old adage in sailing. You can’t control the wind but you can always set the sail. In a long-distance training program you can’t control every aspect of your life, but you can stay with your plan. Don’t let the inevitable changes and setbacks get you down. If life blows you a bit off course, just adjust your training plan.
