Ready, Set…SPIRIT! At the P.F. Chang’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Arizona, local high school cheer squads, dance teams and spirit groups bring their best cheers forward and compete for cash prizes in the Sideline Star Spirit on the Course competition!

Claiming the cash is an enticing incentive, but money isn’t the only reward for these talented teens; they also learn a great deal about camaraderie and the value of helping others through their participation. Angie, the cheer coach at Desert Mountain High School, offers, “We LOVED doing Spirit on the Course! We loved rooting on the runners, and the girls really got into slapping hands with them and forming tunnels for them to run through. And the feedback from the runners was great!”
